A. Unfortunately we do not give cash back but there are 2 ATM machines in The Square, Mintlaw
Q. Is The Garden Centre open bank holidays?
A. Yes. The Happy Plant is open all year round apart from the 25th, 26th & 27th of December and 1st, 2nd & 3rd of January.
Q. Does The Garden Centre have late nights?
A. Yes we have 1 late night a year which is greatly advertised in advanced.
Q. Do you sell vouchers?
A. Yes we sell National Garden Centre Vouchers which can be spent throughout garden centres in the country and we also sell our own garden centre vouchers which you can have in any denomination and recently we have introduced our own coffee shop vouchers.
Q. Can I pay for something over the phone and get the items delivered?
A. Yes you can ring the shop and pay by card over the phone and we will deliver your shopping to you within a 25 mile radius. A charge will be applied.
Q. Can you order a specific item for me?
A. Depending on the item we will try our best to order what you require and have it in for you asap.
Q. Can I pay for my shopping at the florist department?
A. Unfortunately there is not a till at the florist due to it being unmanned at certain times.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We try our best to deliver all items asap, deliveries are monday to friday between 10am and 4pm unless arranged with the manager.
